Important information regarding courier complaints

Please check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier.

If any damage is found, a damage report should be prepared and attached to the complaint form.

Damage caused during transport (e.g. damaged packaging, broken mirror) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment .
