The mounting location should be level, stable, and dry. A power source should be available where the mirror will be connected. It's also important to ensure the wall is strong enough to support the mirror's weight.
Can the mirror be returned?
Our mirrors are individually made to order and therefore cannot be returned. Please shop carefully.
Can I choose the light color in the Basic package?
No, only the neutral color is available in the Basic package.
Can I choose the mirror size myself?
Yes, you can choose from available sizes in the configurator. However, if you require a custom-sized mirror, we can make it to order. Please contact us.
